The kefir culture is made with sugar, molasses, lemon wedges, dried fruits, fresh ginger and water. The Ginger Root Beer lemonade is ready after 1-3 days.
I only ship from Monday to Thursday so that the kefir is not on the weekend. I enclose a German manual. The dispatch takes place in a bubble envelope. My cultures are regularly examined by an independent laboratory and, according to the expert report, are free of pathogens and mold. They can be kept for 12 days in the shipping packaging.
